Jason Richards, J.D., M.Acc., is a business and tax attorney who advises clients on a wide range of tax and business planning matters, including business formations, tax structuring, reorganizations, and general operational counsel. He also advises clients on the structure, formation, and ongoing compliance of nonprofit organizations, helping them navigate the organizational and operational requirements of state and federal law with clarity and efficiency. In addition, Mr. Richards’ practice includes estate and gift tax planning, where he supports business owners with both simple and complex asset protection strategies and helps coordinate estate and business succession plans for closely held businesses.

Mr. Richards earned a Master of Accounting degree from the University of Oklahoma and began his career at an international accounting firm, where he gained experience in audit and taxation. He received his Juris Doctor in 2010 from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and is a member of both the Oklahoma Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas.
