Nate Bauer serves as Director of Organization Advocacy at Brightwell, where his work centers on helping nonprofit organizations stay focused on what matters most. His career spans customer success, operations, communications, and enablement roles across startups and large organizations, giving him a strong understanding of how people, processes, and resources must work together to create stability and long-term impact. Prior to Brightwell, Nate held leadership roles in account management and customer success within the payments industry, including building and leading customer success teams, strengthening retention, and serving as a voice for customers across product and operations teams. This experience shaped his practical, systems-minded approach to supporting organizations through periods of growth and change.
