Sarah oversees customer success strategy, communication frameworks, impact storytelling, and feedback systems, ensuring complex project milestones are translated into clear, confidence-building moments that strengthen long-term relationships. Prior to Brightwell, she spent several years in the payments industry as an Incentives Program Manager for a national sales organization, partnering closely with executive leadership, finance, analytics, and marketing teams to manage program strategy, governance, compliance, and communication.
