Trey Raymer serves as Chief Financial Officer of Brightwell, bringing more than 20 years of experience across finance, accounting, tax, and risk management. Prior to co-founding Brightwell, Trey built his career in senior financial leadership roles across public accounting, energy, and private equity–backed organizations. His background includes over a decade at Ernst & Young, where he served as an Assurance Senior Manager and Energy Center Sector Resident, advising clients on complex technical accounting, SEC reporting, and capital transactions. He later held senior financial leadership roles at public and private energy companies. At Brightwell, Trey oversees finance, accounting, tax, treasury, FP&A, legal, and risk functions, while also helping raise and structure capital to support the company’s long-term growth. Trey is a Certified Public Accountant and is a Board Member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Oklahoma County and the University of Oklahoma’s Business College.
